The Village people are Bedouins who live in the place over 200 years. The village people, who serve in the army, live in tin huts, without electricity, or running water. Fahim the main character, personal struggle is to receive an authorization to connect his tin huts to the electricity network. The village people are suspicious towards the Israeli administration that ruined their houses in 1964.
