As a punishment, she assigns him clinic duty all week long. However, Ates tries, he cannot avoid dealing with ordinary diseases. When he realizes a young woman in the clinic has been sexually harassed, events change course. Even if Ates tries to hand over the case to a more experienced doctor, the young woman does not let anybody take care of her except for Ates. Meanwhile, Zeynep treats a homeless patient with cancer who is about to pass away. The old man, who rejects the drugs to numb his pain, prefers to die in agony.
