Sam Cooke sings two of his greatest hits. Phil and Jerry performed an extended comedy routine after which Phil interacts with the Marquis Chimps who then perform a series of stunts on their own. After Jerry does a brief monologue about children, opera star Patrice Munsel sings a song from Porgy and Bess and a Arlen/Mercer standard, then Jerry interviews her. After a break, Jerry interviews Cassius Clay who then reads a poem.
