However, one day he is kissed by Reiko Sakurai, who works at the same institute, and this incident causes friction in his marriage to Shoko, eventually leading to divorce. Around the same time, Naoto Abe, who works at a used car dealership, also divorces his wife Chiharu , a dentist. Shuichi and Naoto, both single and the same age in high school, had met as national-level 110-meter hurdles athletes. They unexpectedly reconnected, but Naoto unilaterally moved into Shuichi's home. The three of them—Shuichi, his son, and Naoto—began living together. Meanwhile, the love lives of these two middle-aged men took an unexpected turn. See less
