The home-front hopes the prison governor will help; Alf's pushy style wrongly arrested past only convince the governor he's probably just biased, yet a transfer is considered. Tony volunteers to help with he bookkeeping backlog in the surf-club. Alf finds Martha's whiskey, which could get their license canceled, but doesn't realize she's boozing; Tony gets it when she bitches at a client.
