But in a conversation with Tanja and Michael, Christian realizes his mistake: He apologizes to his son and supports him in his coming out. At the same time, Christian is faced with a difficult medical case: Vicky Schäfer has been suffering from various symptoms since the birth of her daughter Lilly, but primarily from circulatory problems. When Vicky wins a large sum in a lottery, she experiences difficulties in her relationship, is overwhelmed by the development, and suffers a circulatory collapse. Christian stabilizes her and, with the help of his colleagues, works tirelessly to find the cause of Vicky's collapse, whose condition is deteriorating.
