On the premises but nothing missing. Sherlock Holmes is associated with the mysterious murder of three similar, unexplained things in Amsterdam, New York and Paris. Together with Dr. Watson goes to the next crime. The pawnbroker's notes glancing at him intently young woman. He decides to talk to her. It turns out that Theresa is the acrobat, occurs in the circus. Detective confides that similar cases of murders occurred in three other big cities, where there was a circus. The terrified girl is afraid to say more, dating to the next meeting in the apartment Holmes. That same evening, the detective goes to Dr. Watson for her performance. Unfortunately, when they reach their destination, they learn that Theresa fell from the trapeze and died. The owner of the circus, clown Jake, suggesting that it was an accident. Holmes does not believe, however, in this version, and quickly deciphers what really happened. See less
