Shadrach packs his bags but is hauled before the Dingle Court where he is ...See moreThe Dingles set up Shadrach, sending a forged letter from Zak saying he's coming back to sort out Shadrach as he's heard that his brother is trying it on with Lisa. Shadrach packs his bags but is hauled before the Dingle Court where he is expunged from Dingle society forever, having discovered some 10 or so letters from Zak in his bag. Shadrach takes refuge in the church, but when Ashley finds out why he's left the Dingles, Ashley kicks him out of the church as well. Shadrach then steals a big display of church flowers which he gives to Lisa to say sorry. Lisa kicks him out again. Lisa is also heartbroken, because having read all of the letters, Zak doesn't mention home, the family or Lisa in any of them, only his joyful exploits in Chile. Ashley comes in search of the flowers and offers tea and sympathy, and tells her he doesn't believe she should wait for Zak if she feels he's never coming back. Lisa phones Bryan Dodds and arranges a pub lunch. Elaine's driving lessons carry on, she has a little prang in the car. Her test date comes through. Donna is dropped by her modeling agent, she spends the night with Robert in Annie's cottage as a consolation. See less
