His former girlfriend Birgit and now spouse of the defense counsel Hallach , made a statement against Roman and so Roman was accused ans sentenced to prison.Birgit meets Roman's accomplice Horst Dudeck and asks him to receive with her Roman at his release of the prison and to give him a job.Both come before the prison, Roman sees Birgit, gives a face slap and goes away.Then Roman goes to the office of Bernd Hallach and says him that he needs money, a room in a boarding house and a job.Later he goes to the workshop of Horst Dudeck , he asks Horst who lend him money for the workshop, and tells Verena, the sister of Horst, that the robbery was an idea of Birgit and that Horst killed the old lady because she recognized him.The next day Birgit is found dead in the hotel room.
