Arthur's father refuses to pay and frames with the cops to teach him a lesson. Arthur's rival determines to get the picture and instructs three men to take it from Arthur and pay him. Arthur has gotten a job with a lumber company delivering doors, and each man takes the $2.00 door and pays him fifty for it. So he has plenty of money to turn the tables on his father and when the rival finds he is stung, the boys fight and the portrait is destroyed. Written by
