To please his father, Jorge, accompanied by his faithful servant ...See moreDon Juan de Peñalara, a wealthy nobleman, wants to marry his son Jorge to Juana, the daughter of his close friend Don Juan de Monreals, a wealthy Mallorcan landowner. To please his father, Jorge, accompanied by his faithful servant Fernando, sets off for Mallorca. But, as the Monreals family does not know him, Jorge fakes a farce to avoid becoming engaged to Juana. To do so, he exchanges his personality with that of his servant, who plays the role of master and he plays the servant. Once at the Monreals' estate, Ferdinand plays the role of suitor, meeting a rival in the person of Juan Pax, who loves Juana.
