I will never do business with this company ever again. They are extremely difficult to contact when you have a problem. There is no loyalty to longstanding customers. They abuse the power that holding your mobile number, you need to access important accounts give them. They attempt to destroy your life in this way when you are unable to pay extremely high cancelation fees, even though you never missed a payment for an extremely expensive contract that you had for multiple years.

Calling internationally and nationally is oftentimes sketchy. I felt T-Mobile was more secure with their services. The quality of services provided by Odido is unfortunately below standard.

UPDATE: I contacted customer service and as always, great service there. He offered the Klik en Klaar and now all is working so far so good. Let's hope it stays. may/2025 the worst internet service of The Netherlands. the customer service workers are great, everything else behind is so bad it should be a crime 😁
