This task involves the work of ensuring volunteers at Phase 2b wikis (see below) are aware of:
- Configuration will change per T380909: [Config] Set Flow to read-only at all *Phase 2b* wikis
- The need to move active Flow boards to sub-pages
- If "2." is not done by DATE, a script will automatically do this moving
- Once the script has been automatically moved, we'll share a list of any pages that need to be moved manually
- Set all archived Flow boards into a read-only state
