A dynamic comedy duo is back!

30 Rock alums Tina Fey and Tracy Morgan are reportedly working on a new comedy series for NBC, according to a press release from the network.

Per the release, a pilot has been ordered for the single-camera comedy, which will star Morgan, 56, as a "disgraced former football player" who is "on a mission to rehabilitate his image."

The show will be executive produced by Fey, 54, as well as 30 Rock alums Robert Carlock and Sam Means.

Carlock previously worked with Fey as a showrunner and EP of 30 Rock. The frequent collaborators also co-created Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and co-produced Great News, Mr. Mayor and Girls5eva. Means has also been involved in several of those works, having written for 30 Rock, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Great News, Girls5eva and Mr. Mayor – the latter of which he also executive co-produced. The writer also penned episode of the hit show Parks and Recreation.

Fey and Morgan, however, first worked together on Saturday Night Live, where Fey was a writer and cast member from 1997 to 2006 and Morgan was a cast member from 1996 to 2003. They went on to co-star in 30 Rock, which ran on NBC for seven seasons from 2006 to 2013.

In the show, the actress played TV producer Liz Lemon, working under Alec Baldwin’s network executive Jack Donaghy, while Morgan played the unpredictable TV star of her show.

The two both recently opened up about their time on SNL ahead of the show’s 50th anniversary. While appearing on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Kimmel alongside former co-star Amy Poehler, Fey looked back on the late nights on set.

She said the writing team would "come in to work at like 5 o'clock, and you would just know that at 9 p.m. you were gonna eat, like, pasta from Carmine's, and then around 3 a.m., you were gonna walk back through that room, and take that same pasta from Carmine's."

Morgan, on the other hand, told actor and comedian Matt Rogers during the SNL50: The Red Carpet special, that he was grateful to have made it to the show’s 50th anniversary celebration after having gotten into a car accident in June 2014.

"This is incredible,” the actor said. "Just thank the Lord that I’m a part of this, that I survived the accident and I’m alive to be here for this."
