The IDPR Development Bureau is responsible for the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects across Idaho’s state parks and recreation areas. Recent initiatives include addressing decades of deferred maintenance, expanding overnight accommodations, and modernizing amenities to meet growing demand. The IDPR Development Team also manages the IDPR Bid Board, where designers and contractors can find opportunities to bid on upcoming construction and improvement projects.

Ashton-Tetonia Trail Surface Improvements

Sealed proposals will be received by Department of Parks and Recreation, State of Idaho at, 4279 Commerce Circle, Ste. B, Idaho Falls, ID 83401 until 2pm, local time, on Thursday July 31st, 2025 for IDPR Project No. 360431, Ashton-Tetonia Trail Surface Improvements, Harriman State Park, Ashton, ID.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Site improvements and the paving of approximately six miles of trail and five parking lots along the Ashton-Tetonia Trail.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 starting at 10 am. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho will be required of the successful bidder prior to award of a contract.
