We've discovered how combining Attempto Controlled English (ACE), Web Ontology Language (OWL), and graph databases creates a powerful framework for privacy management. Key insights: - ACE provides human-readable, unambiguous privacy documentation - OWL enables semantic reasoning about privacy requirements - Graph databases deliver efficient operational implementation - All three layers work together for complete compliance coverage For example, a simple privacy statement like "A controller collects email addresses and requires consent for this collection" can be formally represented and operationalized across all layers, ensuring both compliance and efficient implementation.
