Finally, its official!
I am thrilled to share I have completed my MBA in Sustainability Management from
Sustainability Management School (SUMAS) - graduating Summa Cum Laude!
Whoever said, “The best project you will ever work on is yourself.” couldn’t have been more right. This academic adventure began with a deep curiosity about sustainability. Coming from a technology background, the journey has been nothing short of transformative. From systems thinking and circular economy to climate finance and stakeholder engagement, this program opened my eyes to the depth and breadth of the sustainability landscape. It completely reshaped how I see the world — and my role in building a more sustainable one.
And it wasn’t just about the academics. This MBA tested my resilience- through endless writing, deep research, tight deadlines, and intense group work — sharpening my soft skills and teaching me how to thrive in uncertainty, juggle priorities, and stay intentional.
I’m deeply grateful to all my mentors-
Dr. Ivana MODENA,
Yulia Koroleva,
Ilídio Silva,
David Mc Partland,
Eduardo Escobedo, and all the amazing faculty for guiding us with such passion and purpose.
A big shoutout to my incredible peers –

And of course- my biggest cheerleaders: my husband
Akshay Bhandari, kids, friends and family. We navigated so many life changes together during this time, but their belief in me never wavered. From sharing study tables with my kids to my husband taking over everything else at home – this journey was a true team effort.
As I turn this page, I’m excited about what lies ahead – continuing to keep learning, growing, and contributing to a greener, fairer, and more sustainable future.
