  • Optimization of the mobility system in the Hague South-West

    This project was based in the Hague South-West. This area of the Hague has the following characteristics:
    - Full of social housing (70%)
    - A lot of immigrants - mostly people from Eastern Europe and some other Arabic countries.
    - High crime rates.
    - High level of unemployment
    - A lot of people with disabilities live there
    - The level of education of the inhabitants is lower than the standard in the Netherlands
    As a result of that, the government decided to renovate the…

    This project was based in the Hague South-West. This area of the Hague has the following characteristics:

    - A lot of immigrants - mostly people from Eastern Europe and some other Arabic countries.
    - High crime rates.
    - High level of unemployment
    - A lot of people with disabilities live there
    - The level of education of the inhabitants is lower than the standard in the Netherlands
    As a result of that, the government decided to renovate the neighbourhood with the hope of bringing a new image to the Hague South-West.
    The team of Georgi walked around the area in order to observe the current situation. Furthermore, they manage to do interviews and with the derived information, a concept for improvement of the current mobility system was integrated.

    This project was provided by Fontys University. The goal was to give relevant advice to organizations by choice in order to improve the organization as a whole. My client was Jetts Tilburg - a local gym that is a part of a bigger Australian gym chain. After analyzing their customer journey I established that they are having problems with spreading their awareness. In order to gain the needed information both desk research and field research was performed. Furthermore, analysis of the competitor's keywords, promotions, content creation, influencer marketing and website optimization was established. As a result of that, having in mind the problems of the client, I manage to provide a detailed marketing strategy for website optimization and paid advertising in the different social media channels. Additionally, I suggested Jetts to try integrating a B2B approach to their strategy to boost their awareness among the preferred target group.
