Wow, this was a great day to be a part of. Proud of my Dutch Startup Association team, Allied For Startups, TNW and the Financial Times for putting together such a nice program with the best ecosystem builders in the class! 💥Let’s continue strengthening our ecosystem together! 💥 Day 2, let’s GO!!! 🚀
🔥🔥🔥Wow, what a great first day at the TNW Conference. Thank you for showing up at our co-organized Assembly session. 🔥🔥🔥 The Assembly session opened with a bold statement: "THE NEXT BIG TECH WILL (NOT) COME FROM EUROPE..." Our speakers Christina Caljé, Maxime Ricard , Quinten Selhorst, and Michiel Scheffer shared their opinions on this claim. They were overall quite hopeful, but with some caveats. Time will tell how soon! After listening to Pieter Waasdorp's insights on the National Technology Strategy, we immediately deep-dived into insightful panel sessions covering topics such as: 🌡️ Balancing Act: Technological competitiveness vs. regulatory challenges 🌡️ A (European) Single Market: Fostering economic growth and cross-border scaling 🌡️ Public-Private Partnerships: Navigating the landscape of collaborative solutions 🌡️ Charting Paths: Company exits in a fragmented market Gary Shapiro concluded our successful Assembly Day by explaining the differences between the United States and Europe in navigating a challenging business climate. His discussion encompassed critical topics such as funding, regulatory frameworks, and exit strategies a.m.o.. All in all, it was a full day of great connections with all the ecosystem builders in the industry. Thank you, Yeni Joseph, TNW and Financial Times, for your collaboration on these topics.
