We are honored to receive this recognition for our PFAS-free, lightweight and 100% circular solar panels. Huib van den Heuvel, one of our founders, proudly accepted the award on behalf of our entire team. With the €10,000 prize money, we aim to make an even greater impact. Our plans include donating a fully circular ‘𝗪𝘂𝗯𝗯𝗼 𝗢𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮’, made from bamboo, to The Green Village in Delft. This initiative will serve as a beacon of innovation and sustainability. With an expected annual output of 50,000 kWh, these panels are pushing Pidpa closer to their 2030 climate goals. Our innovative, frame-free design allows for flat or roof-parallel mounting, reducing roof load significantly to just 5.5 kg/m²!
