🎈I'm going to need at least 500 balloons🎈 From concept development to execution in three weeks. Three! Creatively leading this event was such such such a blast. ------------------------------------------------------------- Blessed to work with Mischief Makers B.V. for this undertaking. They know what it takes to elevate gatherings to the next level. Working so close to Ophélie, Marie & Jim; pushed me to stretch ánd totally supported me in my dumb ideas (see end of video). When enjoyed in small doses, running to the finish line can feel exhilarating. The Loop Earplugs team were so welcoming to us, it takes a strong culture to invite externals with confidence. Created spaces where real conversations happened, where teams didn’t just function, they thrived. Where the future felt like something we could shape, not just endure. 2024 was big for us internally too. We felt the weight of the world like everyone else, and it became also a testament to our methods. We leaned deeper into our own practices, proving that even in challenging times, facilitation fuels momentum. We continued to scale, experiment, and make 👏 that 👏 Mischief 👏.
