What lights you up?! ⚡️ The PMI Global Summit 2024 and our Leadership Institute Meeting brought our attention to a simple geniously marketed question. So I did some thinking and I’m glad with this closure. What lights you up, Jeronimo? CURIOSITY. The drive to continuously learn, keep exploring new ideas and perspectives, and improve processes is what push me forward with my work as the VP of Finance. Curiosity expands my view and pushes me to find innovative solutions and constantly grow, not just in my role but within the broader PMI community. Then, for the closing day, the question had a change and they asked “what lit you up, Jeronimo? No doubt, CONNECTION. Meeting fellow chapter leaders and professionals reminded me that we share the same challenges and aspirations, and that we can lean on each other for support and collaboration. The summit reinforced that as leaders, we’re never truly alone.
