What is Music? How does it work? Come join us for the first of the music appreciation series, we have invited Prof Katrine Wong as our speaker on appreciating vocal music in the Baroque Era.  

亞當斯莊園裏住著一個典型哥特式家庭。戈梅斯和妻子終年生活在這裏，到處彌漫陰郁腐敗的氣息。二人感情如蜜，有一雙喜歡玩謀殺遊戲的兒女。戈梅斯的心裏，卻埋藏著一個傷疤。那就是他曾經和哥哥費斯特失和，費斯特已經失蹤25年，戈梅特仍然放不下對哥哥的惦念。一心要奪取亞當斯莊園和這裏的財富的母親有一個兒子戈登，貌相跟費斯特相向。於是，一場陰謀上演了，她教唆戈登佯裝費斯特潛入亞當斯莊園，利用戈梅斯的兄弟情一步一步地奪取莊園。果然，戈登的到來不僅使戈梅斯大為驚喜，他漸漸融入這裏的家庭生活，戈梅斯一家也隨之陷入危險的泥沼中。當他們被奪走家產，淒苦淪落時，事情又有了峰回路轉的變化。

Joshua Lee, M.A. in History from UC Irvine and M.A. in English (TESOL) from San Francisco State. Currenlty a faculty at FAH-ELC, University of Macau, and affiliate of Moon Chun Memorial College.  In this workshop, Mr Lee will be sharing with participants the history of the University of Macau (formerly the University of East Asia) from different aspects and sources. Participants will have to analyze and learn to find out the “missing” content and “hidden” sources.
