
Qatar Participates In Anti-Narcotics Regional Conference In Pakistan
Islamabad: The State of Qatar, represented by the Ministry of Interior (MoI), participated in the Pakistan-GCC Anti-Narcotics Regional Conference that was convened in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Director-General of Drug Enforcement at the Ministry of Interior, Staff Colonel Rashid Saree Al Kaabi, chaired the MOI's delegation at the conference.
The event discussed an array of topics on the agenda pertaining to the efforts of reinforcing cooperation among the participating countries in the area of drug control and curbing its spread.
The Qatari delegation, which included representatives of the MOI and the General Authority of Customs, paid a field trip to Islamabad International Airport and Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) Headquarters to review the mechanisms and procedures of work progress, as well as the ongoing anti-narcotics efforts.
