Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the world's greatest football players, and there's no denying that. His fans refer to him as 'GOAT', which stands for 'Greatest of All Time'. However, despite his status, it looks like his son prefers Read Madrid's current frontman Kylian Mbappé over him.
In a recent interview with La Sexta, Ronaldo shared, "Mateo, he really likes Mbappe. He sometimes tells me: 'Hey dad, Mbappe is better than you,' and I reply by saying: 'No, I am better than him, I have scored more goals.'"
During his career, Ronaldo has won many awards including five Ballon d'Ors, four European Golden Shoes, and three UEFA Men's Player of the Year titles. That's not all. He was also named as FIFA's world's best player five times.
On the other hand, since joining Al Nassr, Ronaldo has scored 85 goals in 94 matches.
There have been rumours of Cristiano leaving Al Nassr, however, he dismissed them, revealing that he aims to win the AFC Champions League with the Saudi Arabian club.
Speaking to the Saudi Pro League's official media channel, Ronaldo said, "Life is good, football is good. In terms of individual and collective, we are still there. We are still improving. It's hard to compete with teams like Al-Hilal and Al-Ittihad, but we are still there, still pushing and fighting."
"But for me, the most important thing is to be professional, to push hard, respect the club, respect your contract, and believe that things will change - for Al Nassr to try to win more titles," he added.
