About us
NUMAI is a fast-growing Proptech company with a mission to expand access to homeownerhip. Everyone at some point is unable to get a mortgage due to insufficient down payment. Thus, they rent other people's homes and grow wealth for their landlords. We decided it was time to make the journey to homeownership much more convenient and inclusive. NUMAI's rent-to-buy service enables people to start accumulating personal wealth before becoming official homeowners. NUMAI is the first in the EU to introduce the Rent to Buy model. Within the first two years of operation, we became the largest buyers of residential real estate in our home market.

NUMAI reached profitability in its Rent to Buy operations in Lithuania in 2023! Compared to 2022, our revenue grew by over 45%, and EBITDA increased more than seven times to exceed €1.5M. "2023 was a year of uncertainty in the real estate market. High interest rates, a slowing housing market, and consumer expectations not matching market realities led to a strategic decision to slow down rapid growth. However, years of effort yielded tangible results, with a stable portfolio size and profitable Rent to Buy operations in 2023. In the coming year, we plan to grow our real estate portfolio and improve financial results," says NUMAI CEO Aurimas Čiagus. Priešingai - tai rodo, jog gyventojų pajamos ir pragyvenimo lygis augo panašiu spartumu.
