𝗜𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 – 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 O'Carroll Engineering is thrilled that our work on this landmark project has been shortlisted for the Irish Construction Excellence Awards 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 in the Specialist / Specialists Services Contract Category Over €5M. Challenging and rewarding in equal measure, the Alta Verde development exemplifies excellence in construction and while OCE has been nominated, the project is a credit to the entire project team.     The exterior of this ambitious apartment development interweaves 266 Irish-made O’Carroll Engineering Modular cantilevered balconies with approx. 9 kilometres of intricate exoskeleton design. The distinctive façade frame of the building is not only a spectacular feature but also a remarkable feat in engineering, requiring next-level steel fabrication, collaboration and innovation.     The building beautifully pays homage to the surrounding mature treeline which is also reflected in the project's name, Alta Verde – meaning Tall & Green. An incredibly talented and creative project team on this development, it has been our privilege to work with them: Lioncor, Dan Moloney, Odhran Coughlan, Richard Jenkinson Contractors: Monami Construction, Patrick Roche, Darran Hennessy, Philip Moran.
