Communicate properly: try to combine emails and calls wisely; 2. Take video calls seriously: follow simple digital etiquette rules; 3. Handle the Wi-Fi connection issues in advance (e.g. use Wi-Fi extenders to help broadcast your signal to every corner of your remote workplace); 4. Pay attention to time zones: choose slots that are suitable for your schedule and block the others. 5. Abandon the cult of productivity tools, focus on getting things done and not creating the illusion of endless work.
