当社では毎年、私たちの仕事におけるValue（＝大事にする価値）に立ち返る機会を設けており、Wake Up to Culture（WUTC）と呼んでいます。 今年のWUTCは、アジアパシフィック地域全域を中継したLive sessionと、各オフィスでの交流イベントの2部構成で実施され、従業員が普段一緒に働く同僚たちと、Valueを振り返る良い機会となりました。 ※来日中のICON Leadership, Simon Holmesも参加されました！ ICON celebrated our corporate value "Own it at ICON", at Wake Up to Culture event which is held annually. Last month, our ICON office in Livingston held their first Office Sports Day to celebrate the ongoing Olympics in Paris. Over 40 team members joined in a fun-filled day of individual and team-based events, including the classic egg and spoon race, sack race, running race, bean bag race & throwing, and the crowd-favorite human chain hula hoop pass. Our athletes were rewarded with delicious chocolate fountains and strawberries in the office to refresh and recharge. A big congratulations to our five winners who took home well-deserved prizes.
