At first, we were in a small apartment with only a few members. As our business grew, we added more members and gradually expanded our offices until we finally opened the Okazaki Office, which also has the Robot Innovation Center! The expansion of our office is a commitment to our further growth and to continue solving the problems of our valued customers and contributing to society. Sneak peek of our daily life in Mujin 😜 #Mujin has so many talented members in robotics and automation, but they also have excellent creative skills in many other ways. One of the members baked a perfectly delicious cheesecake for the first time and served it to random members who shared a fun lunch table today. Surprisingly, the cheesecake was made without sugar but mainly with protein powder, cream cheese, almond flour, and a finishing touch with cacao nibs on top! 😋 His trial of something new and pursuit of the best taste symbolizes his continuous quest for "Purse the Highest Quality", which is one of Mujin's values, in his daily life too. Mujinにはロボティクスやオートメーション領域で優秀なだけではなく、様々なシーンにおいても多様なスキルを持ったメンバーが多く在籍しています。 そのうちの1人が、自宅でチーズケーキ作りに初めて挑戦したとのことで、出来上がったケーキをオフィスに持ってきてくれて、ランチの時間に同じテーブルに座ったメンバーに振舞ってくれました！チーズケーキはとっても美味しかっただけではなく、なんと砂糖を使用しておらず、プロテインパウダーやアーモンドパウダーなどを使用したヘルシーなケーキだったのです。 😋 Mujinメンバーは、日々の私生活においても、Mujinが掲げる7つのヴァリューを自然と体現していることが多いのです。彼の試行錯誤をしながら最高のケーキを焼き上げるという挑戦も、まさに7つのヴァリューのうちの1つである“最高品質を追求する”を体現していました！

At Subaru's Oizumi Plant, the 𝗠𝘂𝗷𝗶𝗻𝗢𝗦 bin picking solution is redefining how complex parts are handled in unstructured environments, enabling unattended bulk picking of crankshafts with ease. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲: Crankshafts are stored in bins without fixed positioning, making automated supply to machining lines nearly impossible. Traditional systems struggle with unpredictable errors—especially entanglement between parts. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Mujin’s bin picking application, within MujinOS, provides an intuitive WebUI that makes setup and operation straightforward, without tedious manual tuning. The real-time digital twin, integrated into every MujinOS system, brings 3D vision, sensor-based anomaly detection, and real-time playback diagnostics together—ensuring accurate picking and seamless troubleshooting. Even a 1-in-100,000 cycle issue was quickly identified and resolved—remotely. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: With automated logging and advanced motion planning, Subaru has eliminated recurring errors and is now looking to expand Mujin-powered automation across more production lines.
