Despite advances in oncology innovation, challenges remain in accessing novel combination treatments. Value-aligned pricing could be the key to improving access to combination therapies. During a recent Office of Health Economics webinar commissioned and funded by Astellas Pharma Europe Ltd, Stan Jackson, Global Public Affairs Lead for Oncology, and a number of other experts discussed what’s needed to make innovative pricing models a reality. Although the building blocks are already in place, collaboration will be key to creating a proof-of-concept that offers true benefit to all involved. Watch the webinar to learn more about the ideas put forward and how the industry can work together to unlock the future of combination treatment. Now is the time to come together to get this right and overcome today’s challenges. https://lnkd.in/gYXUcPnu #ValueBasedCare #ChangingTomorrow #healthcare #collaboration

#AstellasLatam #RelevoPorLaVida #PatientsAreWhy

Today marks a decade since UNESCO launched the very first International Day of Women and Girls in Science. We applaud the field’s collective efforts to close the gender gap in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (#STEM). Yet there are still significant strides to be made for inclusive representation and gender equality in STEM careers. At Astellas, we believe diversity brings a variety of perspectives and experiences that drives more comprehensive decision-making and innovative problem-solving – all of which are crucial in a highly complex and fast-paced industry. We’re proud to be an organization that celebrates all women. Hear from some of our inspiring leaders on what drives them every day to advance the scientific breakthroughs that could transform the lives of patients.
