Sebbene gli sbarchi siano calati significativamente rispetto al 2023, il cambiamento è stato favorito da nuove dinamiche in Libia. After a full day yesterday of expert discussions on climate, migration, and food security, today the participants of #Nexus25 training module engaged in a scenario-based strategic exercise. 🌍🌱🚶♂️ 💡 What happened today? 🔹 Scenario Building – Analyzing drivers of instability at the food-climate-migration nexus 🔹 Group Work & Forecasting – Predicting crisis trajectories and formulating policy responses 🔹 Red Teaming – Challenging assumptions & testing strategies 🔹 Policy Solutions – Crafting recommendations for multilateral governance This interactive session applied the concepts from Day 1 to real-world crisis scenarios, equipping participants with practical skills for strategic foresight and policy intervention. 🙏 A heartfelt thank you to all participants for your engagement, insights, and collaboration throughout the #Nexus25 training! Today, we kicked off a training module by the #Nexus25 team on Security at the Food-Climate-Migration Nexus at Johns Hopkins SAIS Europe! 🌍🌱🚶♂️ The #Nexus25 initiative by IAI & The Center for Climate and Security, supported by Stiftung Mercator GmbH, brings together experts and future leaders to explore the intersection of climate change, food security, migration, and conflict. 💡 PRODIGEES Final Conference The Promoting Research on Digitalisation in Emerging Powers and Europe Towards Sustainable Development (#PRODIGEES) project is a research project jointly led by IDOS and Instituto de Investigaciones Dr. José María Luis Mora researching the interconnection of digitalisation with the environment, economy, governance and society. Embedded in the Managing Global Governance (MGG) Network (#MGGNetwork), PRODIGEES brings together leading research institutions across Europe and emerging economies to explore the intersection of digitalisation and sustainability. 🔎 The project aims to understand the transformative potential of digital technologies across sectors while addressing the challenges of equitable and sustainable development. It sits at the cutting edge of research into digitalisation and transnational knowledge cooperation.   The PRODIGEES Final Conference serves as the culminating event for the project and provides a platform for participating researchers to present the project’s publications, policy recommendations, future action plans, and training initiatives.
