🌍 The circular economy in the solar industry: Sustainability for the future. The #CircularEconomy is transforming the solar industry, promoting the reuse and recycling of materials to minimize environmental impact. 🏆 FRV wins Asia-Pacific Solar Deal of the Year at the PFI 2025 Awards FRV has been awarded Asia-Pacific Solar Deal of the Year at the PFI Awards. This recognition, of which we are so proud and delighted, highlights the successful refinancing of a 1.1 GW solar portfolio in Australia, which includes key projects such as the 100 MW/200MWh battery energy storage (#BESS) plant in Terang. 🙌 We thank the organizers of the PFI Awards for this honor. #FRV started its activity in Italy almost 20 years ago being among the first operators to develop small and medium-sized solar photovoltaic plants, from 1 to 10 MW, throughout the country. Subsequently, it became one of the leading producers with about 60 MW of projects in operation, divided into 12 plants distributed from the North to the South of Italy. Currently, FRV is developing a portfolio of 3 GW in the next 5 years. Our business core is mainly photovoltaic plants, storage systems (#BESS) and wind power. To achieve our goals in the country we have a high multidisciplinary team of excellent professionals with solid experience in the Italian market experts in Project Development, Technical, Energy Management, Legal, Finance and Project Finance. 🌞 Walla Walla Solar Farm: clean energy and local development in New South Wales (Australia) 🌱 In Walla Walla, a historic community in the Riverina region of New South Wales, FRV is driving one of its most ambitious projects: the Walla Walla Solar Farm. This 330 MW dc PV farm, approved in 2020, is a key step towards a sustainable future, supplying up to 90,000 homes and avoiding 520,000 tons of CO₂ per year. 💡 Impact in figures: Annual production: 724,199 MWh. Surface area: 605 hectares. Emission reduction: 520,000 tons of CO₂ per year. This #Project is also the first solar farm approved under NSW's Renewable Infrastructure Roadmap, standing out as a model of innovation and development. 🌍 A transformative impact In addition to generating clean energy, it fosters economic and social development in the region, providing employment and strengthening the electricity grid.
