I'm currently pursing Company Secretary course. I've successfully cleared (Module 1) of CS executive level in which I got valuable and in depth knowledge of the following subjects-
• Direct and Indirect taxation
• Company law and Interpretation
• Business set up compliance and it's closure.
Skills that I acquired from the above course:-
• Legal writing and drafting Resolution
• Law interpretation
• ROC compliance
• GST compliance
• Income tax compliance
Additionally, I am also passionate about public speaking and content writing. I bring valuable experience in teaching vocational skills to students of USA, Canada and UAE students.
