However, based on the typical process in India’s Parliament, the following steps outline the potential timeline for the amendments: 1. Introduction (February 2, 2024): The Bill was introduced in the Rajya Sabha. After introduction, the Bill is likely referred to a Parliamentary Committee for review and recommendations. This stage can take a few months, depending on the complexity of the changes and the number of stakeholders consulted. 2. Committee Review: The Parliamentary Committee may examine the Bill, invite feedback from stakeholders, and suggest amendments. This process can take 2–6 months, depending on the urgency given by Parliament. 3. Debate and Approval in Rajya Sabha: After the committee’s review, the Bill is debated in the Rajya Sabha. If approved, it moves to the Lok Sabha for consideration. This can take a few weeks to months, depending on the legislative schedule. 4. Lok Sabha Consideration: The Bill is then introduced in the Lok Sabha, where it undergoes debate and potential amendments. If passed without changes, it proceeds to the President for assent. 5. Presidential Assent and Notification: Once both houses of Parliament pass the Bill, it is sent to the President for assent. After receiving assent, the Bill becomes law, but the exact date of enforcement is determined through a government notification. 6. Implementation and Transition Period: Depending on the complexity of the amendments, the government may set a transition period for organizations to comply with the new requirements. If employees are expected to put in 90-hour work weeks, there should be guarantees in return: 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲: Neither government nor employers think about it. If employees are dedicating more than half of their waking hours to a company, they deserve a plan that ensures financial security after they’ve given so much of their lives to the work.    𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: What guarantees do these employees have that they won’t be let go once their “extra effort” no longer serves the company's needs? *Layoffs have been a harsh reality for many, even after years of overwork.    𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐲 & 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬: Let’s talk about eliminating the 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 between employees across different regions and the 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲. Why should someone in one country work the same hours but be paid far less than their counterpart in another region? We need to think with more transparency and fairness, not just in workloads, but in how employees are compensated, treated, and cared for. Workmanship and culture matters... working style and ownership of senior leadership decide the work culture of any organisation.. Management can provide resources but utilisation depends on working culture. But it's management's responsibility to give the driver seat to the right person who can take all the team in one direction with a positive charge. Positive charge or vibes can be generated by understanding the pain area of workmanship and give some solution, if required out of the box.. because every organisation has too much control which is okay but based on the current or upcoming situation, it can be manipulated if required. if you understand what the workmanship doing is right for the organisation and giving 💯 % effort to make sure no failure happened.

Great Achiement : Team India.... All of us feeling proud for Team India for winning T20 World Cup. Team India deserves this achievement and we can learn formula of success from their performance as below: 1. We need to remain focussed on our goal. Team India remained focussed on winning of each game, be a tough or light opponent. 2. Consistency is mantra for success. Team India remained consistent in performance delivery by winning each game irrespective of type of pitch, weather, etc. 3. Teamwork is a key for achieving any goal. Team India demonstrated real teamwork during the tournament. If Kohli fails, Rohit, Surya or Hardik has delivered. Same happened with bowling. 4. Positivity and assertiveness makes difference. This was evident throughout the tournament. For example in the final, it was easy to achieve 30 runs out of 30 balls in Final for South Africa. However, positive and assertive approach of team India made difference. 5. Finally, Team leadership matters. Captain Rohit Sharma and Coach Rahul Dravid played a key role in strategizing, planning, organising, executing and achieving goals and target. Let us be proud of our achievements, learn success mantra, celebrate the success and move forward for future goals.
