The sudden death of Rohan Mirchandani, 41 ( Epigamia CEO ) due to heart attack has shocked me. This is the first time in my life I am seeing folks in 30s, 40s , 50s dying of heart attacks followed by cardiac arrest. I did a quick cgpt and find surprise pattern in the deaths.. Check this list 1. Puneeth Rajkumar: Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar died age 46 in Gym while working out 2. Raju Srivastav:The famed comedian died, 58 on Sep 2022, following a heart attack while exercising at a gym in Delhi. 3. KK: Krishnakumar Kunnath, singer, 53 died on May, 2022, after cardiac arrest while performing at a concert in Kolkata. 4. Raj Kaushal, 50: The director-producer, husband of actor Mandira Bedi, died on 2021after working out in GYM 5. Pankhuri Shrivastava, 32, founder social venture 'Pankhuri' Grabhouse, died on December 24, 2021.The cause of death was a sudden cardiac arrest. 6. Ranjan Das, the CEO MD of SAP India, died after a massive cardiac arrest in Mumbai on October 21, 2009. He collapsed at his home after returning from the building's in-house gym. 7. Sidharth Shukla: The popular TV actor and host died of a sudden heart attack in 2021 at the age of 40.  Shukla frequented the gym and aimed to keep a certain body image at his age; There appears a correlation between Gym and cardiac arrest.. I am not sure whether causation has been etablished.. The cases of young lives succumbing due to cardiac failures have multiplied drastically after covid.. This gets me wondering : - Is it due to Covid vaccine that young hearts have weakened and cannot take gym work load? If yes, can we do any thing besides cursing a FOOLISH govt which forced every one to take untested/ unproven vaccine? Can there be an antidote to covaxin covshield etc? // Generally vaccine after effects are detected upto 10 yrs after intake - Is heavy work out after sleep deprivation+ covid vaccine causing young cardiac deaths? Is it that vital organs of a sleep depreived person not get adequate reparation time and gym stress + vaccine attributable mutation leads to cardiac failure? - Is it due to stress,? Is it time to prioritise work/life balance ignoring the BS of Murthy Unkil   - Is it obesity and visceral fat sorrounding crtical organs ? Can cutting down on carbs, oil, sweets, mobile addiction, sitting time and alcohol help? Is light exercise outdoors, avoiding gym a better way to prevent ? Can someone from heart care profession enlighten ? Saurabh Gupta Please share this to prevent end of precious lives Disclaimer : I lost my father to cardiac arrest 3 yrs ago. I felt very uncomfortable suddenly working out on a tread mill and immediately felt unrest in chest. Stopped gym after that

To quantify and qualify the 5 star and luxury travel segment around the world for the branded hotel chains, at SpotQuest we defined a strategic 1000+ parameter framework. One key input is the global 5 star and luxury travel supply. Beyond MakeMyTrip (for India supply), Trip (For China Supply) and Booking (rest of world), we also profiled all listings from global brands, soft brands, small luxury brands as well as brands like The Leading Hotels of the World and Forbes Travel Guide. Forbes Travel Guide note on their ratings: "While we assess both service and facility, our Star Rating system emphasizes service because a great experience goes beyond how the surroundings look — how the visit makes you feel is what you will remember most." How Stayzilla went from 18,000 to 0 listings: (the epic downfall of the Airbnb of India) 🇮🇳 Founded by 3 passionate travellers (Yogendra Vasupal, his wife Rupal Yogendra, and his friend Sachit Singhi), StayZilla was the largest Indian homestay network for travellers to find and book accommodations. For travellers — They got access to affordable, authentic, and unique stays even at Tier II and III cities in India. For homestays — Property owners got access to local and global customers by having a digital presence. The problem they were solving was massive. And the solution StayZilla provided was a no-brainer. 🤝🏻 It was a win-win and it revolutionised how people travelled in India. These are 𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 strategically placed on maps to catch and expose unauthorized copying. These fictitious locations were the ultimate litmus test to catch copycats.
