Its not that difficult. But once upon a time it was. When we started, almost a decade ago and started running robotic programs for schools, the challenge was manifold. 1)  Most educators were not sure about introducing these kind of programs in schools its impact and / or benefits 2)  Most parents were not aware of terminologies like STEM Ed and why its important etc. (Some are still not clear) 3)  Kits and resources were tough to get, we had to import or buy expensive Robotic Kits 4)  Teachers were scarce, you needed a very very, passionate person to build a career in teaching, especially if its outside the school ecosystem, especially if its in a field like STEM A lot has changed now, Some good has also come with the mindless & often false bombardment of certain coding based apps in the earlier years, the awareness has sky rocketed and be it Bombay or Badlapur, everyone is aware of what STEM is , what impact programs like Robotics and Coding etc can have on the overall development of students at an early age . Parents have embraced the programs with full gusto, for example in 2022 the no of students participating were 400, 2023 the no went up to around 4000. Trust Indian parents to foster the competitive spirit J Further Govt has set up approx. 10000 ATL, some of them may not be functioning, but that number spread over 700 + districts is itself staggering & some good will surely percolate. However when you look at it through the lens of total no of schools its less then 1 %, so a long way to go. The no of students learning and pursuing STEM related careers has not significantly jumped though, it hovers around 2.5 million last year & that is incremental change from past 10 years. The largest #edtech fundraise in the last two years has pushed the valuation of PW (PhysicsWallah) to $2.8 billion, a more than two-fold increase from $1.1 billion earlier. The Noida-headquartered #education company announced a $210-million fundraise at the close of a Series-B round, that changed the pecking order in the Indian edtech space.
