Markets seem to have assigned high valuations to cyclical and slow growing companies and now there is some reality check. Further correction in pockets where earnings are not sustainable is not ruled out. How it was happen. All these are genuine or anything else. Let me share my experience about this company sales growth, I'm writing this post out of sheer frustration, stress, Depression and disappointment with Cellecor sales team & their management. After my previous post in LinkedIn about my experience (https://lnkd.in/gv6uvXtk), I started interacting with Mr Nikhil Agarwal Co-Founder & Director of the company. He said, now Mr Saleem will not interact, Mr Jannath ASM & Himself will clear existing stock & collections for the stocks sent to DB's, but it takes sometime, I Accepted & waited till now. After a long follow-up, Cellecor Company had refunded 50% of the amount i paid for the stock which i haven't taken. Rest 50% value of stock with me. As referred by ASM & CO Founder, I send stock to M/S S J Mobiles, Punganur on 7th oct with 50 days payment term. I asked for PDC for same, but they haven't given, ASM & CO Founder said we refer only good payment parties, so I sent without PDC & thought will get amount on 50th day from billing date. its almost 75+ days now, still payment not received. M/S Royal Telecom, Rajahmundry has taken stock on 9th July 2024, both (Royal Telecom & SJ Mobiles) these parties aren't Receiving calls. But M/S SJ Mobiles taking stock from other SS & doing weekly payment to them, i am thinking its purely game playing by Cellecor & their team. I want to know y?? Cellecor sales up by 57% – as per my observation company have sales bcoz - Bank collection team / Collection agency guys are better than these company Ground level sales / RSM level guys. Literally they kill u till u make payment for new stock / product from company month on month. But they don’t bother abt the stock u holding & ur sales or pending payments from DB’s. In ground level End user is not buying these products as per the company sales growth. Ultimately, they dumping stock to SS/SD/DBs they playing with SS/SD’s money. It’s not their own money. Anytime soon or later anything might happen. All SS/SDs & whoever bought these company share will be in trouble like me. Because of this Me & my family is going to lot of mental stress, financial stress, mentally Depression and harassed, few more things which I cannot put it here. It effected my daily routine. Totally Cellecor & Their sales team is responsible for this. Bcoz of this I am not able to concentrate on my other business. When you have money rotation ur business will increase If Money structed, business will get struck & u make losses. Whenever I try to reach Mr Nikhil, he will not respond properly. After these many days also, he says it takes some time to clear, But Cellecor have sales of Crs of rupees month on month.

Thrilled that UTI Alternatives has secured the 2nd position in terms of number of deals done in the first 9 months of 2024! Since 2017, we at UTI Alternatives have invested in 42 transactions and achieved complete exit in 18 of those. But that tells a fraction of the story. We must have evaluated 1,000s of transactions to get to this milestone. Added to this, our transactions are truly private market - rarely have we participated in DCM syndicated investments or listed bonds.
