Our fellow IITian Vineet Chaudhary (IIT Guwahati, B.Des. 2005-2009) needs our support to save his 8-month-old daughter, Vriddhi, who is battling Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type 1. The only hope for her survival is Zolgensma, a life-saving gene therapy costing ₹9 crores. Every donation, share, or act of kindness makes a difference. Let's come together as the PanIIT family and give Vriddhi a fighting chance! 🔹 Donate & Share: ImpactGuru: https://lnkd.in/gK3fNEYQ GoFundMe: https://gofund.me/f7437df0 Please amplify this appeal within your network. Together, we can make this possible!
Dear LinkedIn Community, I am Vineet, a UX Professional, but today, I write to you as a father deeply concerned for my 7-month-old daughter, Vriddhi. Recently, she was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type 1, a rare genetic disorder that poses significant challenges to her life and development. Vriddhi's only hope for a better future lies in a groundbreaking gene therapy treatment called Zolgensma by Novartis. However, the cost of this life-saving therapy is staggering, amounting to crores(INR)—an amount that is far beyond our family's means. In light of this, we have partnered with ImpactGuru and GoFundme to raise funds for Vriddhi’s treatment and are actively seeking CSR contributions. I kindly ask you to consider supporting our campaign. Here’s how you can help: Donate - Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a difference. Impact Guru : https://lnkd.in/g7E37qUU Gofundme: https://gofund.me/f7437df0 Share - Please share our campaign within your network to help spread Vriddhi’s story. Pray - Your thoughts and prayers are invaluable during this challenging time. With your kindness and support, we can give Vriddhi the chance to live a full and beautiful life. Thank you for reading this and for considering helping our family. Are you a “Problem Solver”? Are you a “Problem Finder”? Just last Sunday at #PIWOT2025, organized by my alma mater’s alumni association, PanIIT Alumni India , I had the honor of sharing insights on this topic alongside Ken Wakasa and Kotaro Kataoka In fact, this observation was made by Prof. Kataoka, a professor at IIT Hyderabad, who could talk about this topic all night! 🔹 Problem Solver: • Sees a problem and jumps straight into finding a solution. • Can solve any problem—by hook or by crook—whether it’s a long-term fix or a quick jugaad! 🔹 Problem Finder: • Takes time to identify a problem, understanding its nuts and bolts. • Most importantly, evaluates whether the problem is worth solving. • Then, finds the right method to solve it. The interesting part (which I realized upon self-reflection) is that IITians excel at problem-solving. 👉 But how good are we at identifying the right problem? With the rise of AI and automation, how should we adapt and evolve? “AI is a tool, not God (not yet).” 🔥 If we master the art of identifying the right problem, only then can we choose the right tools to solve it! That’s the key takeaway from Kataoka Sensei and Wakasa-san—let’s live by it! A huge thanks to Dr. Sharad and Debashish Bhattacharyya , my dear seniors, for organizing this mega event! Special thanks to Naotaka Nishiyama for opening the session—the Japanese, but Indian 😉 way! Grateful to Kinji Saito , Stephen Barnham Sunil Gopinath and Anirban Nandi for flying to Mumbai and sharing their wisdom! And a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful woman, Ikumi Shiba for making this happen—meticulously! It brought tears of joy to see a house-full Japanese delegation at my beloved Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and at panIIT, after nine years of graduation! Thank you all!

The Baap of All Networking Platforms ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Pan IIT Network is / has been a great source of Soft Power for India and I had a great opportunity to get a feel the camaraderie among the members of the Pan IIT fraternity . Met Ankit Mehta , Founder - Ideaforge ....I had lost a lot of money chasing returns in their stock ...I was tempted to ask him if I will ever be able to recover my investments 😕😕😕😕😕 I had a long conversation with Dr. Ashwin Mahalingam ( Pic. 4) , Professor at IIT Madras / Stanford , Dr. Ashwin's father Mr. Mahalingam was the best CFO that Tata Consultancy Services ever had . Stanford University PanIIT Alumni India Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay ideaForge Gyan EThames College, Hyderabad **** 😉😉😉In Jest 😉😉😉 After continuous Dhulai 😞😞😞😞😞 for the past 7 days the markets seem to have found some semblance of a bottom in the session today ...is the trending changing or will it be Dabidi Dibidi😅😅😅😅😅 again after the budget is something that we have to wait and watch out for ...Only Nimmo Tai can save the Gyani retailers from one more round of pain !!!.... In the meanwhile ,as our cerebral genius Ursula Nutella has been reminding us since the time of Adam and Eve that Daaku Maharaj has scored a big number at the BO .... A caveat for all my students and impressionable teenagers : Choose your role models with care 🙏🙏🙏🙏
