Women in tech break biases every day—not because they should have to, but because they’re constantly put in positions where they must prove their calibre. At every stage—education, hiring, leadership—they face assumptions about what they should do, how long they’ll stay, and whether they really belong. We see these biases for what they are. We know that talent isn’t defined by gender, but opportunity often is. And we refuse to let outdated perceptions dictate who belongs. Our women aren’t here to prove a point—they’re here because they’re damn good at what they do. Here’s a photo of the incredible women we work with every single day.

Two packed days, countless conversations, and an incredible experience later, its a wrap on DIR-V 2025! We were excited to see people walk through our semiconductor history gallery and explore Secure IoT firsthand. We've etched four successful years into our circuits–first in silicon wafers, now into cake layers. Here's how we celebrated our anniversary at the office.

4 years ago, we were just a couple of dreamers in a lab, figuring out what to build. Today, Mindgrove Technologies has blossomed into something incredible—over $10M in funding, our first chip taped out, second chip taking shape, and a brilliant team making magic happen every day. To our partners, investors, mentors, the amazing community that has believed in our mission and supported us all the way—Thank You. Each breakthrough, every late-night, every hurdle... they've all been worth it. In the next 4 years, we hope to contribute to the ecosystem by releasing more chips, forging stronger, deeper partnerships with customers and by raising and nurturing semiconductor talent.
