We are delighted to announce that Naval Kastia has joined Lall & Sethi, as our newest Partner. With close to 2 decades of experience spanning across private IP practice and in-house leadership roles, Naval brings a rare and valuable perspective to the firm’s IP practice. Naval began his career with Lall & Sethi in 2006, where he spent over 7 years managing complex IP portfolios, including representing The Coca-Cola Company across South Asia and other jurisdictions. He later joined The Coca-Cola Company as the Trademark Counsel for India and APAC, overseeing their IP portfolios across 50 countries. During this role, he worked closely with business and marketing teams on brand creation, equity management, risk mitigation, and budget stewardship. Most recently, as Partner with a leading IP law firm, Naval led contentious and advisory trademark mandates, mentored teams, and strategized brand protection programs for leading global and domestic clients. Naval’s return to Lall & Sethi marks a homecoming with a rare blend of outside and in-house perspective of deep regional experience, international exposure and a commercially grounded approach to brand protection, which will further strengthen the firm’s ability to deliver strategic and business-focused brand protection solutions.
