At KreditBee, we are committed to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. We recently organised a vibrant workshop led by Surbhi Sethia, Senior Psychologist and Expressive Arts Therapist from Anyo for Wellness. Through creative techniques like psychodrama role-play, art therapy, and music and movement, participants explored crucial aspects of teamwork, communication, and personal space. One of the key takeaways was the importance of creating a safe, supportive space where our team members felt comfortable expressing themselves and formed stronger connections. A highlight of the session was the engaging psychodrama role-play. Divided into teams, participants acted as machines, personifying their functions for the audience to guess. The lighthearted exercise fostered laughter and teamwork while subtly exploring concepts of collaboration and communication.
