We can feel a huge excitement in the next generation of entrepreneurs, and the MSME sector, India's Second largest Employment provider, which was feeling neglected and ignored, has renewed their faith in the possibilities and opportunities, opening up. India SME Forum reposted this
Exploring the potential of India's e-commerce exports with The Economic Times, we discussed how digital trade has helped diversify our export markets. Leveraging platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, Indian MSMEs are now reaching markets that were previously inaccessible. However, challenges like regulatory barriers and high EDPMS closure charges remain. In the upcoming budget, we hope to see measures that increase active exporters, establish export facilitation hubs, and promote Indian products globally. #MSMEs #ecommerce #exports #Budget2025 Garima Bora, The Economic Times Director General Of Foreign Trade Delhi Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises
A $200 billion target: Can Budget 2025 simplify the ‘prohibitively complicated’ e-commerce exports
