As we observe #InternationalDayforPersonswithDisabilities today, we reflect upon our collaboration with Deepstambh Foundation - empowering and enabling an equitable future for the differently abled. The technology lab set up to build STEM skills and support residential training for competitive examinations, hosts various assistive devices like screen readers and speech recognition software to improve accessibility and enhance the beneficiaries’ learning journey. Some milestones so far in the program that have made us proud:  🎓5 students have cleared UPSC prelims and are currently preparing for the mains. 📖5 students are pursuing their higher education in reputable government & private universities. 🏫450 students are learning at Deepstambh and 100 more are attending online classes.   💼7 students from this project have secured government jobs. As we celebrate these milestones, we remain committed to fostering a more inclusive society by empowering individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to every sector of our community. Generative AI seems to be breaking many taboos. All of a sudden, creativity is no longer an exclusively human trait. The first reaction of many is, understandably, denial and resistance. Srinivasulu Nasam and his team were no different. But being tech enthusiasts, they overcame their prejudice and started a deeper exploration. Not only did they create a GenAI-powered developer assistance system for Bosch, but they realized #GenAI is not a threat, but rather a valuable partner. A day dedicated to the future trends in Internal Combustion Engines (ICE), hybrid and alternative fuels and BGSW’s technological progress made in this area. The 'Powertrain Tech Day' served as a platform for knowledge sharing, also providing a glimpse into what's to come in mobility while addressing current challenges and the focus on sustainability. Innovative technologies were showcased that aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing emissions, and supporting cleaner transportation. Discussions highlighted the importance of Internal Combustion Engines beyond 2035, considering legislation, consumer preferences, and technology. Hybrid powertrains, Well-to-Wheel (WTW) efficiency, and the implications of E-Fuels were some of the other topics covered.
