Veganuary is coming to an end, and we’ve calculated the environmental impact of switching to new-meat* from animal-based meat this month: 💨 126kg of CO2 saved—that’s like driving from Paris to Munich. 💧 30,015 liters of water saved—enough for 41 years of drinking water. 🏡 173.16 m² of land saved—the size of two 80m² apartments. This month has shown the power of small changes adding up to big results. As we look beyond Veganuary, these statistics remind us of the significant role food choices play in shaping a more sustainable future. From managing key accounts to leading culinary initiatives (and even stepping into IT support!), Kevin has done it all. His work has taken him across Europe and beyond, introducing new-meat to chefs, foodservice operators and retailers.
