Today, we are publishing NSO Group’s 2025 Transparency & Responsibility Report. The report reflects a year of transition for the company and sets out how we approach governance, accountability, and the responsible use of cyber intelligence technologies in practice. It details our human-rights framework, our non-proliferation approach, the safeguards applied across the technology lifecycle, and our engagement with emerging international policy discussions, including the Pall Mall Process. The purpose of this report is to provide a clear and substantive account of how we think about risk, responsibility, and oversight in one of the most sensitive areas of technology, and why effective governance in this domain depends on clear rules, layered controls, and defined roles between states and industry. עוד מעגל עצוב נסגר. איתי חן ז״ל חזר הביתה. לפני כשנה אירחנו ב-NSO Group את רובי חן Ruby Chen, אביו של סמ״ר איתי חן ז״ל, למפגש מרגש ומעורר השראה. רובי שיתף אותנו אז במאבק חסר הפשרות, האישי, הציבורי והבינלאומי, שלו ושל חגית, אמו של איתי, להשבתו ולהשבת כל החטופים הביתה. אתמול התבשרנו כי איתי, אחרון חללי צה״ל שנחטפו לרצועת עזה בשבעה באוקטובר 2023, הושב ארצה לאחר שבע-מאות-ושישים (!) ימים בשבי חמאס. משפחת NSO Group כולה משתתפת בצערה העמוק של משפחת חן, ומייחלת לשובם המיידי של החטופים החללים שעדיין מוחזקים בידי מחבלי חמאס. יהי זכרו של איתי ז"ל ברוך.

"ב־7 באוקטובר איבדנו את אמון הציבור בצה"ל. נדרשנו לבנות את האמון הזה מההתחלה." במלאת שנתיים למלחמת חרבות ברזל, אירחנו ב - NSO Group את דובר צה"ל לשעבר, תא"ל (מיל') דניאל הגרי, להרצאה מאלפת בפני עובדי החברה שכותרתה "אמון בזמן משבר". במהלך המפגש חשף הגרי טפח מעולמו של דובר צה"ל ושיתף על כניסתו לתפקיד ועל עבודתו במהלך המלחמה, תקופה שהפכה אותו לדמות מוכרת כמעט בכל בית בישראל. הגרי הרחיב אודות הנסיבות המיוחדות, הקשיים והרגישות הרבה הכרוכים במשימת הדברור של אירוע כה מורכב. תודה לדניאל הגרי על מפגש מרתק, מרגש ומעורר השראה
