Starting over in a new country is both exciting and intimidating. Over the past few months in Israel through Masa Israel Journey and Israel Experience®, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible students, learning every day, and growing in ways I never expected. It’s been an experience that has reinforced my love of working with people, building connections, and embracing new challenges. At the same time, navigating a new job market has been one of the biggest learning curves I’ve faced. Despite the uncertainty, I’m staying optimistic and excited for what’s ahead. I’m currently looking for opportunities in administration, marketing, community engagement, operations, or other people-focused roles where I can continue learning, contribute meaningfully, and grow alongside a great team.
