Earlier this week, we participated in a conference focused on Generative AI and its role in shaping industries and driving meaningful impact. During the event, our CEO, Lior Kornblum, shared her perspective on how Generative AI is not only accelerating processes but fundamentally transforming the way we approach problems. Success with Generative AI doesn’t come from knowing every tool or following every trend—it’s about developing smart habits and learning through hands-on experience. Here are three practical tips from our founder Lior Kornblum to get you started: 1. Spend 20 AI-focused minutes daily. Set aside 20 minutes a day to explore and experiment. It’s not about being perfect—just play around and see how AI can fit into your work. Consistency is what makes the difference. 2. Focus on real tasks. Don’t overthink it. Take something you’re already working on, like a presentation, email, or report, and see how AI can make it faster, better, or more creative. 3. Stop chasing every tool. You don’t need to try everything. Stick to one or two tools that feel helpful and focus on learning how to use them well. The goal is depth, not breadth. Earlier this week, we held a unique AI workshop at AIforAll with the leadership of אקים ישראל AKIM Israel , an organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities. This was a special session, where the focus extended beyond business innovation or productivity boosts to look at AI as a tool that empowers and connects on a deeply personal level. During the workshop, we showcased generative AI tools and explored how they can bridge the gap between complex information and accessible, tailored understanding. Imagine a guide at Akim who wants to explain essential information to members, like a daily routine or instructions for using a household device. All they need to do is enter the text into the AI tool, which then simplifies and adjusts the explanation to match the person’s level of comprehension. In this way, generative AI helps create personalized experiences that foster independence and ease daily challenges. We also discussed how AI can enhance communication between caregivers and clients by adapting content to each person’s emotional or cognitive state. Additionally, we explored applications that enable people with intellectual disabilities to operate basic technologies through simple voice commands. For example, with voice recognition and support features, AI makes it possible for individuals to control household devices with a single button or straightforward voice instruction—transforming everyday routines. The real beauty here is that this technology learns to adapt to people’s needs, instead of expecting people to adapt to it. It’s a new way for AI to become a resource that helps each individual, wherever they may be, to understand and interact with the world around them in a way that fits them best, allowing them to engage with confidence. This, in essence, is the true potential of generative AI—not merely as an innovative technology, but as a tool that builds a profound and genuine connection between technology and humanity. #genai #newpossibilities Lior Kornblum
