10 years ago,2015, a little revolution started. 23 businesses across seven LEOs went on a Lean for Micro pilot in a collaboration between LEOs and Enterprise Ireland, to see if Lean can work in micro and small enterprise, not just large businesses, to see if they could work across all sectors, not just manufacturing. 10 years later, over 3000 Lean projects have been carried out across all 31 LEOs who passionately support Lean in their clients.
