    "Why had I not looked for this solution before?" AI has undoubtedly simplified tasks such as drafting emails and conducting research, but for maintenance and operations professionals, its true potential lies in transforming workflows and saving time on the job. Imagine beginning your day with an AI-generated, actionable summary: a concise overview of yesterday’s key issues, today’s priorities, and a clear understanding of what’s been resolved. This would dramatically reduce stress and allow for more focused decision making. The core of AI’s value should be simplification. It should distill vast amounts of data into easily digestible formats – whether it's a quick audio brief or a high-level report accessible to everyone. In terms of innovation, we’ve seen huge changes in the revenue management side of hospitality. However, when it comes to core operations, including maintenance, the advancements have been slower. Many hotel and facility teams are still working in traditional ways, and I believe there’s a lot of untapped potential here for efficiency and innovation. This brings me to my key question: How do you envision AI and maintenance software evolving? What specific AI applications would tangibly improve your daily operations? What would you like to see? I’m particularly interested in understanding how AI can bridge the gap between data and actionable insights, and how that can create a more productive workflow for maintenance teams.
